We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (Orders over €50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • All customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient

Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  2. Clearly state in your request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll ship the new item at no additional cost (subject to availability)
